Working with Tina and Mark was a wonderful experience. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail resulted in superior craftsmanship that is evident throughout the house. For instance, the luxury vinyl floors that were laid through the house with not a single transition. The tray ceiling in the master bedroom coordinates with the trim in the entry. Incorporation of storage throughout the house is amazing. The finish work is exceptional.
Tina and Mark responded to our questions promptly, and kept us informed throughout the construction process. From purchase to contract, to allowing us into the house as it was being constructed, to final walkthrough, to signing papers, they made the process professional, friendly and effortless on their part. We could not be happier with our home.

We’ve now been living in our new house built for us by Palumbo Construction for a year, and were we ever to build another home, I would most definitely use Mark Palumbo again. Our home is exactly what we wanted, built on time and under budget, with many improvements during construction that Mark suggested. We couldn’t be happier. I would only add that we had only two very minor problems with the house after moving in, and while Mark had already been fully paid, he continued to work to resolve the problem that arose nearly a year after the house was finished. He didn’t have to do that but he is completely honest and a man of very high integrity!

After purchasing a lot in Cedaredge Co, the next step was to find a general contractor. There were several in the area, but it was quickly apparent that Palumbo construction (Mark and Tina Palumbo) would best fit our needs. From the very beginning, they were instrumental in guiding us through the entire process. Mark and Tina kept us readily informed throughout each phase of construction. Mark’s attention to detail, along with his honesty and integrity is evident in his work. It was also apparent that the contractors he hired respected and appreciated working with him. We are extremely pleased with our new home and feel we were fortunate to have worked with Palumbo construction.
